More men than women work in security. Why do you think that is? The security industry is sometimes perceived to be a predominantly male-housed sector. I think that this may deter some strong female candidates from seeking employment with security companies. However, my experience at SecuriGroup has shown there are many great opportunities available to advance and progress your career. How does SecuriGroup support its diverse teams and how do they attract new entrants to the industry? Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion is a key focus area for us at SecuriGroup.
